By Will Urquhart / April 13, 2018

Gordon Sterling debuted his new project, Gordon Sterling and the People, Friday night when they opened up the show for the Pimps of Joytime at Gypsy Sally's. Regular readers will need no introduction to this guitarist and vocalists who plays with Nappy Riddem and hosts the Gypsy Sally's Jam.  Joining him in this band are, Mary-eL (Vocals), Gena Photiadis (Keys/Vocals), TJ Turqman (Bass), and Adam "Snaxx" Orlando (Drums).

We were on scene to provide a livestream of their set on the DC Music Review Facebook page. You can also watch it on the DCMR YouTube page, and through Periscope on the @DCMusicReview Twitter. Those of you that would prefer an audio-only stream can find that on DC Music Review contributor, Will Urquhart's Mixlr account.
