WATCH: The Hometown Get Down Day 2

By Will Urquhart / September 22, 2018

Day 2 of The Hometown Get Down is upon us and we are still on the ground providing expansive coverage. Tune in live via the DC Music Review  facebook page to catch a free webcast of every performance from both stages. (We will have to start a new stream every four hours, so when one ends just refresh this page a few minute later for the next).

The main purpose of The Hometown Get Down is to help families in crisis through promoting the arts. Event proceeds as always will go to benefit The Bernie House. The mission of The Bernie House is to “provide a safe home without violence for families in crisis,”

The Bernie House is a transitional housing program for families fleeing domestic violence. The program house is located in Silver Spring, MD and aids families in need from the metropolitan area.
